Can’t really put my finger on it, but this is beautiful and I’m not sure why.

A good friend and co-worker of mine, Colleen Keller, just launched her own line, Babe. “The label is named after her Great Aunt Babe, a seamstress whose trademark style was a daily uniform of her own crisp, tailored, hand-made pieces. Keller, who marries an Ivy League education with a formal design background, is a skilled pattern maker. She further honed her talent through work experience at Tom Scott, ThreeASFOUR, and Launch Collective.  Keller emphasizes fit and function as elements of design to create a collection of smart and versatile wardrobe essentials. Keller’s pieces are everyday staples for the modern-day babe.”

Artist Tauba Auerbach, who lives and works in New York and San Francisco, created a beautiful 8 x 8 x 8 inch cubed offset print on paper case bound book titled RGB Colorspace Atlas that depicts every color imaginable on its airbrushed cloth cover, the pages and page edges.
